Assuming there will be a disciplinary hearing, video evidence can be reviewed. If there is none then it will be up to disciplinary committee to figure it out based on testimony of those involved. As far as FPP go, it does not take much to lose those. 16u and 18u play longer games so chances are greater for more penalties. IMO, officials have tough job and yes some games get out of hand. It could go a long way if the officials talked briefly to the team captains before each game to set expectations. Parents have a role in this as well. Respect the officials, respect your opponent and respect the game.
