that program fielded AA players in a pee wee major white playoffs two years ago. saw same coaches last year and it was same group. predators tried to protest but nothing happened there. they also sandbag tournaments too as you said. not sure how people like this can continue to run youth hockey program.

isnt the same thing going on with aaa....where p'burgh has all these aaa teams when thats too many, which then waters down aa, then we moved amaj black kids up to aa. just put the kids where they will be competitive, learn and have fun. this obsession with "team 1" or "team 2" is grating. after season starts the kids dont give a hoot aboout it and i agrue wouldn't care in the season unless mommy and daddy were not so intend on pushing their prodigy up the ranking food chain.

He did....using kids to fan the flames of ones own burning self interest and egos is what is wrong with youth sports. if your kid plays in a minor, aa, b who cares...ive had kid(s) play everywhere from b to aa and the kid who played b had just as much fun as the one who was in aa.

good question...hornets AA killed Badges AA in pre-season and are in same division......14U Minor Black looks to be a varied division, maybe some teams trophy hunting there.You have Wheeling-1 and State College -1 there, two SHAHA teams, two North Pitt teams, two Predators teams. I find it hard to believe those teams are all equal. Also as reported above North Pitt 185 blew away Predators, both teams in same division. Why would those teams be put in same brackets who played non competitive game?
