I don't think Appalachian Elite are connected at all. Central PA hockey families are under the impression you need to play for a couple of teams to get more "Elite" hockey. When they could just play for one team and schedule the extra games with tournaments or exhibition games. Save the cost of the extra set of jerseys and put that towards more ice time.
