PeterThePuck
Heard the team is splitting up Coach is a real A - H-LE. A lot of players reaching out to The Preds 05 Team. Heard he carried 4 lines and only used 8 players every other shift. If you weren't in the 8 players cycle only played a shift or two per period. The back up goalie only played 10 games. That is a lot of money for a parent spending over $15,000 a year with Travel. Why would you pay that to not play in games must be about wearing the LOGO. This is not good for player development. I bet US Hockey would love to hear about this. Rumors been stirring A big Russian Goalie coming in and 4 players from Chicago all going to Excel. The team was horrible all year. Hoomie
It's called AAA hockey. You don't roll the lines, you try to win. Big difference between your 1-3 fowards and the 10-12. Heard part of the parental agreement at Lebo is how to cheat the clock, been going on for years!!!

Jack Handey
I don't think it works that way with the +2 vs +7. A better conclusion would be: 4 years ago we would have lost by 6, but now we would only lose by 1.5. There would be some merit in that, if your squirt minor and bantam minor teams were the same group of kids.
Theroadtobeerleague
The relative improvement over 4 years speaks to: 1. Player development 2. Player recruitment 3. Coaching 4. All of the above Pens Elite at 14U and below: revenue stream, and the most expensive option for travel youth hockey Pens Elite at 15U and 16U: regional all star team made up of 50% or less kids who played there previously Pens Elite at 18U: kids hanging on by a thread to a future beyond high school for hockey

At 15-32-12, maybe you were playing them TOO much? Hard to imagine the path to consistent success at the top AAA level is playing the same 6 or so Forwards every other shift for 45 minutes. Results seem to bear that out, if what others say is true about how the play time was spread.
Hoomie
You also pick the team before checking starts. Some probably could not adjust. It happens every year to every team.
