what does it say ? Something about IUP ? Secret message about all the kids that supposedly transferred out of slippery rock, but really didn’t ?

Maybe it’s a message from satan - how Franklin Regional can win the pens cup - drink your ovaltine!

With JCU winning, do they get the nationals bid or does it go to Pitt for winning the regular season? In years past, it was the regular season winner and not who won the conference playoffs.

If I read correctly, the tournament winner gets the bid now. Not the regular season conference winner.

In some local good news,  Pitt  was selected as an at large team and is seeded 13th at Nationals and will lay Navy in the first round. Pitt beat Navy twice during the regular season. 13th is the highest a CHMA team has ever been seeded in a year not affected by Covid. 15 of Pitts top 16 scorers, 4 of top 6 D, and one of three goalies are all Pittsburgh born. Nice accomplishment.  JCU is seeded 19th and will play Maryville.

Pitt has the top seed for the “play in round” at 13, so they play 20 (navy). They should advance but once they get into the real tournament it will be hard. The acha relies to much on “their” rankings. Conference winners seem to get the shaft. JCU won the chma but has to play in the “play in round”.
