Is there a "good" Youth Hockey Organization in Western Pa?

I guess Pittsburgh doesn't have any talent at all.  Maybe what 2 or 3 AA teams at most Birth Years?  Maybe 1 AAA team?  Is that about right for your assessment?  Just curious what makes you a hockey expert in SWPA talent?

Michigan has the 15% rule for tier 1.  I think Mid-Am has tried to copy that metric.

For Pittsburgh area AAA, it's more like 80% ???

Its only 1 sheet of ice, but the only 2 groups that rent ice are Bethel Park scholastic and SHAHA.  They get priority and there is no or very very few public sessions and such there.

I thought it was in their by-laws but don't see it any more.  Their by-laws have a very explicit: THERE ARE 10 PROGRAMS THAT CAN RUN AAA.  I thought they used to have a rule that up to 15% of their players could be rostered for tier 1.  I don't see that any more.
