Wisconsin Lumberjacks ARE NOT one the AJHL. Wisconsin plays in the SIJHL which is a lower Jr A level...... Although I do do agree they had NO business playing them.

I was wondering how that could happen in the AJHL, that league seems to be a higher level and I would be surprised that they would have such a disparity in teams. The AJHL has kids drafted to the NHL. Obviously the SJHL is not at the same level.

Waste of time and very pointless.  Also not sure why the Brooks coach didn't just go to puck possession to wind the clock instead of running up the score and show a LITTLE bit of class.

Puck possession/keep away is more of a d*ck move/embarrassment than running up the score.

Everyone has their own opinion here but I've been in games where the score got north of 10-0 and it worked just fine to get the game over without making the other team look for a brawl.

I think if you do it like it’s monkey in the middle then yes. But there’s ways it can be done to an extent.

I’m of the school of thought both organizations are at fault. Who thought it would even be a good idea to have this game with that much disparity?  I can’t blame the players for playing the game. They’re looking to move on and move up too.
