September 26, 2025Sep 26 In AA, I think Hempfield should be 1. Cathedral Prep lost a ton of seniors. Penn Trafford lost a ton. Their two best forwards aren't playing. They still have a strong goalie. Shaler is probably better than people think.

In my mind Seneca Valley is @ 1 and South Fayette/TJ are slightly # 2 ahead of a pack of schools including the rest of 5 or so schools. This will play out during the season. TJ has depth and South Fayette has a very good goaltender and Seneca Valley has both.
