June 19Jun 19 The Penn State Men’s Club Hockey M3 program is seeking dedicated coaches to join our staff as we continue competing at a high level in the ACHA and College Hockey East.Responsibilities include:• Attending practices, games, and team events as needed• Developing and managing practice plans, game plans, and line combinations throughout the season• Upholding all standards and policies established by the Penn State Club Sports Office, USA Hockey, and College Hockey East• Fostering a positive, hardworking, and encouraging team cultureWhat we offer:• Stipend (to be discussed)• Team travel accommodations, including transportation and lodging per contract terms• Team merchandise packagePreferred Qualifications:• USA Hockey Coaching Certification (Level 4 preferred for Head Coach candidates; Level 1 minimum for assistant coaches)• Familiarity with the ACHA and collegiate hockey environment• Minimum of three years of coaching experience at the 16U or AA level (or higher)• Current USA Hockey background screening and SafeSport certificationAdditional Information:Penn State will compete in College Hockey East, featuring a 16-game league schedule (8 home, 8 away).
