Enjoy mine just turned 18 I'll miss it but he will play high level roller in college and the talentless goon won't be trying to take his head off. That's ice hockey USA hockey,pihl and pahl coaches and refs allowing the goons to play without discipline. Without adequate suspensions your kid will need his brains in the future let him play roller it's not to slow when you play high level

At his age keep him skating but get him involved in roller hockey he will learn the game better skating with his head up passing and receiving passes with more open space to better his game skills. Some diehard ice coaches will discourage but only disadvantage is roller stop to ice he will adjust . Good luck

4 go to Burrell.

Player for player . Just not deep enough.but top 6 could play with anyone and in any division and be well represented in stats and head to head .if you know the kids there as good as what's out there . I know it's debatable but will just agree to disagree and all get along with our life's work . Have a great day

Burrell would last a round in a-aa or aaa they have at least 6 kids that would match any 6 kids in pihl. Any top line in pihl . 5 and 1  silver plate not a bad weekend at nationals
