Where are all the great coaches? Pens,Vengeance, Esmark, Aviators have no good coaches at 2012, 2011,2010 and 2009 groups…

Pretty bad the 2011 got stomped by Ohio in championship game 2010s were a joke and no idea how they pulled it out. 2009 lost to barons in championship game 16s not sure…

They did but then people backlashes and they said they are thinking about it and have never come to a conclusion🤣

That’s my point even pens they are not there to develop kids in hockey they are making you go to a school for more money nothing to do with hockey. You can sit there and say any organization put kids in D1. It’s not the organization it’s the coaches and unfortunately I can’t even name 3 coaches that are there to develop kids. So you made my point you will stay at Esmark because they had D1 kids. Next year will be better just keep lining Dave and CJs pockets.

Unfortunately I bet a lot of the younger kids. We as adults have made pa hockey a pay to play. It has become a money sport. Name 5 coaches out there that are there for the kids? They are there for money in the pockets. Esmark did not win one mid am this weekend and travels everywhere to play games! But my kid plays on an elite AAA team!!!! So if I have to pay 1,000.00 more dollars I will do it so my child can play.

The organization is ran by a guy with an ankle monitor on. A lot of coaches do private lessons on the side(aka money in my pocket kid on the team) and the one guy might be a escort service guy on the side

This! Let’s get another “AAA” team in Pittsburgh then so you don’t have to travel all over and spend so much money!

No one will know till it really happens. Do we need another AAA team in Pittsburgh absolutely not, but if people are willing to pay it and try something then best of luck! Also look at your clients. The 2009s did finally get their crap together and put a great team together at preds. The 2010s are a complete shit show everywhere. You have pens can’t keep a coach, vengeance same thing, Esmark just gets in fights, Preds that coach is killing that team, SP is a dad coach, Aviators a dad coach, Iceman is getting no where. Maybe the 10s can put a decent team together. The 2011 are all currently at pens and doing well but are getting backlash about the program doing excel and school. So maybe they need another option to. If they have ice and want to try more power to them!

This statement is not all true, and a hard statement to follow. The true statement is there is no good coaches anymore! You think pens is where the good coaching is because they have a better record but they have a better record because they have the more developed kids. They have the more developed kids because a lot of them have the money to do extra lessons or fly their kid to Pittsburgh to live with the raw talent the kid has. Also it all depends on what you mean by coaching? Vaping on the bench? Sleeping with the parents? Lying to kids to get them to your team to not play them? Taking 20 kids on a midget team to not play half of them? Skills and drills on the side to make a living?

So are these kids here to learn hockey or just to say they beat 3 kids on PPE in a spring tournament? Sounds really crazy to me! I see this as kids #LOOSING! Embarrassing for all ADULTS involved.

Is this the coach telling these boys to go fight at the end of a spring consolation game? Where have all the good coaches gone? Will they now add MMA private lessons to the skills lessons?

Hotels are up, food is up, coaches are all wanting you to do private lessons. Are parents finally realizing Bob is not going to the NHL and they don’t want to travel? For the 2009, 2010 & 2011 the coaches did not stand out so why keep paying these prices maybe?
