How embarrassing for shady side being that close with local AA teams when most kids on that team are paying 25k+ . Most of those kids on allegheny, armstrong and indiana are having their last ride just playing for fun meanwhile shady side practices 5-6 times a week , has their own rink and all the other amenities the local AA kids don’t have 

I wonder how the 04 ‘s will move next year after how much of a trainreck the rankings were for pittsburgh tier 1 teams

let’s take a guess here - you also came from last years icemen 02 team now you want to trash the icemen because they didn’t do aaa at 18u ? Sound about right ?

The AA U18 preds team was started by the U16 AA Icemen coach from last year

I’ve read it here before and I’ll repeat it. If the AAA team is not playing in a real league nobody is watching. Bob G wrote a article on this about a year or two ago. Independent AAA teams do not expose your player very much, if at all to the next level (high end juniors).

those are the top 3 youth leagues in the states. PPE just left the t1el to started their own. eventually this league will  be all academy & prep schools, ultimately at the top of the food chain once it grows. 

The point is though that none of the Icemen teams should even be playing independent 

I would look and see how each programs U16 ( 03s ) are doing and how many kids on the U18 team will be returning and playing their second year of U18

I heard there are many teams from Pittsburgh in Michigan this weekend playing in the motown classic , which teams are excelling and which aren’t playing well ? 

The preds u15 team is legit they beat Amherst Knights 5-2 meanwhile Esmark U15 lost to them 3-5 

Esmark 15u played the U16 AA arrows and lost 6-0 tonight

The other goalie played north Pittsburgh team 1 last year but he didn’t play because they play palmyra tonight

Mon valley will definitely not be in that division as they are struggling to have a 14u team in general and the 05 badgers are even weaker then were last year because top players went to westmoreland ,viper stars and Renegades  

05 preds seem to have a strong group after bringing PPE kids over

What were the numbers like for the 15/16 AAA 

What happened to the U15  esmark stars team from last year it seems like a lot of them left to play for the barons what would of caused them to do this ? 

Esmark announced tryout results what were the numbers like for u15 and u16 ? 

Can we have some explanation to what this is instead of a list of names ?

It isn't clear what age the goalie is, right?  First year travel and looking at Esmark and Vengeance.  Esmark means at least Bantams.    I would think that most decent Bantam AA teams have two goalies.  Same as PPE.  Not sure how Esmark and Vegeance treat goalies but at the PPE they pay full price.  A lot of PAHL oranizations give a discount.

By Bantams, people have a clue as to which organizations have a strong team.  If the OP has an 06 goalie and isn't up for PPE or the other AAA teams.  Try the Renegades or SHAHA.  They have quality teams that are trying to make the jump to AAA.

Does anyone know why there isn’t going to be a 04 vengeance ? And where are all those players going?
