Baierl has been allowing full rosters with 5v5 and two spectators per player for games.  I was at two games this past weekend and with those numbers, the arena was empty...plenty of room to spread out.

This is a sincere question. Hilariously, half the news reports I read claimed that the decision does not affect limits on gathering size and half said it vacated the limits. I don't know what to think, other than that journalism is a totally forgotten art in America.

Sports are our family time and bonding time. It’ll be more baseball and something else to fill the void. 

Same here....I played/coached for over 40 years.  I love being at the rink and have been fortunate to have that time with my son and family.  He is now at the midget/HS level and I just want the teams to play hockey.  LiveBarn is good enough for now...

I've been to Baierl many times over the last few months.  NP has been following the Baierl guidelines which is what the current state regulations are - 25 person max per sheet.

As a parent, I could care less if I get to attend a game.  I just want the kids to play normal hockey.

As for Baierl, they've steadily been making improvements since new ownership took over 4-5 years ago.  Both rinks received LED lighting, The locker rooms have all been redone with new paint, ceiling tiles, flooring, doors and lighting.  The World Rink received a new cooling system a year or two ago and they moved the old dehumidifiers  to the Galaxy Rink to help with cooling there.  They've also renovated the lobby area, added a snack bar, and converted a few rooms to locker rooms because their ADM program has grown tremendously...and, as mentioned, the bathrooms were just redone.
