Im 200% for real. Anyone who wants to show up and show out at stick time instead of whining to mods, or running their mouth on the board - happy to come out an play anytime. It’s a small city, we can really get to the bottom of some disputes rather easily.

The point is others sat back and watched. Then used this as a strategy to benefit them by way of proper timing to make a fuss. They should be cast in the same light as Montour if Montour was indeed shady about it. 
 

If it was addressed immediately, then that’s fair game. Months ago. Goalie doesn’t play and no other Montour kids suffer. However, grown adults used this as an ace up their proverbial sleeve knowing that a roster of teenagers would be collateral. It’s pathetic. If it was Avonworth, I hope your boys learn a lesson and get your asses kicked the first game. 
 

PATHETIC. It’s a high school sport, stop all the queefing and go beat the other team. Not in western PA, it’s always a conspiracy, or the refs, or the zam driver.

Other teams knew early on. It should have been brought up then. That would have been the decent thing to do so seniors and other kids aren’t losing out. Instead, the rats waited until it could benefit them, then they came out. What a bunch of spineless, low rent adults. Sounds like something that would happen in some white trash part of Oklahoma with high school football. 
 

I don’t care about the Montour coach or board. They could be the cartel for all I care. I care that adults used this as a chess piece knowing all along it would screw over kids.

Maybe Montour coaches did it intentionally, maybe they didn’t. The people who complained this late in the game knew what they were doing - and everyone should recognize them for that as well. Pathetic!

If Avonworth goes to the league in December. Then that isn’t an issue. Right now, whether it was them, or some other team, they look like a bunch of conspiring pussies who are in the same vein of manipulation as the program they are disputing now. Additionally, you waited knowing it had potentially to screw over innocent kids. 
 

The right thing to do was address it immediately so no one else was effected. It was sat on, and used as a strategic measures. Now there are a roster of kids from Montour being used as pawns. Avonworth will get their karma, and so it goes. But still, what a bunch of pussies.

Okay so PIHLS error should be acknowledged. They let it go. Avonworth and others should direct their disdain there. Also, all signs point to this being used as a come uppence given the timing…. For other programs.

People claiming the goalie was placed in Montour for their high school hockey team lol He’s playing AAA hockey, high school hockey is basically extra ice time. It’s not some conspiracy. I would not put it past people in Montour or anywhere else to think that anyone even cared that much to make this much of a fuss about it.

It's sad that grown adults that Knew What they were doing was not right and still didn't anyways.

When you speed by the same cop every day for 6 months, he watches you, and basically waves. Then he pulls you over on 6 months and one day, you have an argument as to why he failed to do his job the 6 months prior. As such is PIHL in this case. If you had a dash cam showing the cop letting you go, the judge would let you off in a heartbeat. 
 

Doesn’t make you right, but why was everything allowed to pass until a convenient time?

This was allowed to go on. Everyone knew. And now all of the sudden it’s an issue. This is a hit piece on Montour. And while I don’t think Montour is innocent in any of this, it was allowed to happen so why would Montour do anything about it. The goalie played X amount of games with no issues. Now it’s almost March and all the local nerds are out in full force like their kid is being cheated out of the Super Bowl, and the misses is running around rinks shooting clam gas at people. 
 

What a an embarrassment to local hockey. This conversation is so obtuse. 
 

Goalie is disqualified. Team goes on. PiHL clearly made an error, opposing teams didn’t make a stink until very convenient timing. 
 

That should be the ruling.

THE GOALIE IN QUESTION SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY. THE TEAM SHOULD GO ON PLAYING. It is 100% asinine to rob the seniors and other players of their seasons end due to this error on both Montour and PIHL’s part. 
 

It’s both parties fault. And how convenient that the concern was raised this late in the game. Like a certain group of people were waiting to use this as a come uppence or a card up their sleeve should their team not make it. 
 

What a pathetic dilemma all around. From Montour, to PIHL, to the Avonworth cry babies. To the constant back and forth on this board about a high school hockey team to a woman apparently shooting vaginal flatulence at a group of guys and telling them to breathe it in.

The mass influx of players coming to western pa to play hockey will completely ruin the high school hockey landscape moving forward. Nevermind that the ppe basically have to pay people to come here and Esmark relies on Europeans who don’t know the difference between Pittsburgh and Sacramento. 
 

It’s going to be chaos. Think Minnesota high school hockey. Then when Southpointe gets their Tier 1 program up and running, it will be even worse.

I did not know it was never in service. Want to be clear my argument isn’t against the Rebellion. From what I understand it’s a fine group of people do a real good job with the kids. If they need more ice, I certainly hope blackbear sees that and help them out. My argument is only against blackbear putting all the time and effort into creating something that rivals the other tier 1 programs in a location that makes it very easy for half the region to still opt for those other programs due to the lack of major highways getting there. Every program like this operates north of the city because it is easier to drive north than it is to drive south. That common knowledge, of anyone who’s live in Pittsburgh longer than 6 months, has touched a nerve. I understand how rough South Hills residents have it, I’ve lived there for a considerable amount of time. I feel for them. 

There so many variables to driving times that are being quoted here. Like time of day, and the fact that a majority will hit stop and go traffic heading to printscape during peak hours. Where again, the north has so many major arteries spreading traffic out. I’ve been accused of residing in the east, like it’s some kind of insult (lol), I don’t but let’s say I do, and I have a kid who’s a stud…. I’m not driving to Southepointe I’m getting on the turnpike to Cranberry, Harmarville or going to New Ken. It’s impossible for anyone North East, East, or South East to get to printscape without buying an RV. 

No beef with the rebellion. And I apologize if it came off that way, and for my lack of knowledge on the rinks history.

I laid the facts out there and then it got personal and I’m all of the sudden trolling. Outside of the logistics that no one can dispute- which alienate everyone east of the city… the dream destination here is a rink that’s currently converted one of their two rinks to a soccer field. 
 

Call it trolling. Get mad. Cry together. Whatever you want to do. What you won’t be doing is participating in a tier 1 program at printscape. Whether that’s a new venture or Esmark splitting ice there. It’s not happening.
