So....... 12U B and 10U B are traveling from say Ashburn to Long Island on a Saturday for a 2 game set?
And we ridicule our local selves for our level of insanity?
How is this helping and who is it benefitting? Other than the obvious.

When I went to double-check my information it showed that Sal had been creeping on my profile page. Anyone else?
Phony email? Creeper? Cranberry spy?

Scrubbed from the team pages, but still listed under the Coaches tab.
It's also crazy how many of the Coaches there are Head Coaches of more than one team. Not the most ideal situation for the players/paying customers?

Doesn't that require the internet? Do they have that there?

Remember the premise that The King and Danner27 were the same person?
Anyone?
Also, haven't seen the Michigan board but the one that was removed about 10 years ago for Ontario and mainly the GTHL was the most insanity I've ever seen. Not only do they take the game seriously, they also take being ruthless seriously as well.

I’m not sure if this game was organized and scheduled by PPE or USHL but kudos for playing it at the Lemieux center. Fun to watch.
And kudos to them on the W in the game and event. 5-0 is impressive and it wasn't against any weaklings.
Maybe the new ownership group will be more Pittsburgh friendly and insist on them playing against more local teams on a regular basis such as the SHAHA 16U that just played them but this one was scheduled by the USHL folks.
I think everyone can agree that having two very good teams in Pittsburgh at any age group shows the progress being made here across the whole sport.
But I also second the motion that you are way too excited about the result to not have a "dogg" in the fight.

By the way I have never heard of the Ohio Bobcats. They are actually ACHA ELITE not just ACHA.
Well then.............. I guess you've pretty much outed yourself as a diarrhea of the mouth know-it-all who really has no clue. Then again Carl, should we have expected anything else?

How many NCAA basketball D1 programs are there? - Maybe they should axe Loyola, IL and George Mason
College football? - We all know there are maybe 10 legit teams each season vying for the playoff and usually it's more like 5-6. So should every other program become D1-AA?
Maybe, just maybe....... the players really like the sport and maybe some of them also want to do everything they can to see how far they can go. The NHL teams with scouts and the scouting combine still make draft picks which are first round busts so trying to pinpoint someone's ability at 12, 14 and 16 while interesting is nearly impossible.
I think Logan Cooley is a prime example. He was always a great player he obviously has that extra drive and dedication which is probably just as important as anything else.
Same for Ty Voit, right? I mean...... he couldn't even make the 16U PPE team (wink, nod) that won Nationals but one of the 03's that did is playing where now? I'm know he wasn't drafted either and I just realized the Golden Child from Chicago wasn't drafted either.
Tier 1 teams buy ice. Rinks need ice sold to stay open. The game doesn't exist without the ice so let them play what and where they choose.

Hahaha so the ultimate butt hurt guy making his own team when his kid didn't make the team he thought he should be on. Sigh. Except he has more money.
No different than the origin of the Hornets as well as the PPE.

And the old windbags at MidAm will fiddle while the PAHL burns.

That's a good observation and point. Any successful business realizes faults and shortcomings and makes changes. However, the egos that lie beneath out there will NEVER admit any such things and don't think anything is wrong.
I would also suggest that at the one younger age group where the parents of a lot of top players thumbed their noses at the "Elite", they are also getting their asses handed to them and that would be at the 08 age group. I would bet a LOT of dough that they won't be reaching out to play the 08 Vengeance team at any time other than a forced matchup at MidAms.

I would say it comes off as snobbish to roughly 80% of people and yes, their clientele loves it.

PPE has no say currently in mid-am camps.
Really? Really?
Why not just use your real name on here Baghdad Bob?
Or is Joseph Goebels?
Talk about ministry of propaganda and misinformation!!

I'll bet it has some meaning for the kid. You should head to Sam's club and load up on the Massengale's or Summer's Eve products.

Western PA is the only place that I've ever seen EMT's required. When I inquired as to why that is, I was told that USA hockey feels it would be too much of a cost burden on everyone. I guess that doesn't apply when it comes to them raising fees.

It's quite an indictment of the "best coaches", "best training" and "best facility" tag line that they use to lure their prey.

some imports from the PPE black dismantle year.
I've seen more players than one should expect come out of the dismantle year and be at less than AA PAHL level in ability.

Whilst everyone was debating which rink would be the next target for BB, the one no one mentioned was just purchased by them and that's Rostraver. Done deal.

Have you ever made the acquaintance of the central region dude?

I mean considering they allowed a man who presided over and swept under the rug the Chico Andrahas debacle as President of AHI, one would have to assume they needed quite the treasure to pay off all of the settlements and/or legal fees associated with it.

Damn, it. One night I go to bed early.
Anyway, we should expect any option as viable from a former member of the Clinton crew. At least no one has been found in their cell.

You should ask PPE if you can be named their Official WPA Hockey Message Board Ambassador.

No, not at all.
If you've coached, you know that one team is hard enough. When you double that, the attention to players gets cut in half. That's a simple math equation.
Are we really at the point where we think Coaching 10U hockey should be expected to pay a "livable wage"?
I'm not even sure that a USHL Coach makes that kind of dough.
