If the rumor is true and they only got in school suspension , it is like saying if you do this 10 more time you are in big trouble. Belmont has been catering to Kittanning , AKA Armstrong, Armstrong Central Hockey for years. In the nineties they built on and made a locker room for Kittanning Hockey and only Kittanning players could use it. They acted like it was their rink and they were doing you a favor by letting you use it. Armstrong county tax payers helped pay for the rink. Ford City and Freeport were treated like the red headed step children.

The Armstrong coach claims he did not know this was happening. He did not ask anyone on his bench why the Mars goalie was upset during the game ? Did he assume she was crying because she left goals in ?

What Armstrong Central Team did you play for? Ignorance is bliss, It is funny that the goalie could hear the chanting!

I blame the coaches not the players but in order to get the message out that this cant continue, sometime the innocent have to pay. Its a hard life lesson but one that is very much needed!

The entire Armstrong coaching staff had to be aware of this behavior ! This obviously was not the first time this happened. They chose to ignore and do nothing. I feel they should be allowed to play the remaining games left in the season but not ALLOWED to be in playoffs. Bad decisions should have consequences !
