had a game last weekend. there was a big hit, kids kicked th boards, no penalty, no talk from the refs that i saw, but after that there was no more of it from our bench the rest of the game, not sure if coaches snuffed it out, or refs said something and i didn't notice it. after that though the game felt different, expected the usual sounds after a hit or goal but it wasn't present.. sucked actually..2 points

I’m not a fan of the 25% rule at all. Don’t forget this isn’t a PIHL rule - it’s a MIDAM rule that applies to all Bantam age teams, amateur and school.2 points

It has to do with the premise of first year peewees playing up to checking bantam. Since mid-am and USA Hockey don't recognize non-checking middle school hockey, it all falls under the same umbrella as checking hockey.1 point
