Foreign players must have a F1 visa They can only go to schools that have sevis papers from the government So only private schools with the exception of Mount Lebanon has them You can have 2 Foreign players on your roster and stay in the division you are currently in You can have up to 4 players but you have to play AA or AAA QV complains and cheats any chance they can They have a kid from another school district that pays tuition
