PAHL is a mess. Their version to crown a “playoff champ” is 2 semifinal games then a final. So Bush played 2 games. Beat Thomas because the refs disallowed 2 goals by Thomas that should have been goals (it’s on Live Barn) and beat beat SHAHA because SHAHA put the puck in their own net. So a PAHL playoff champ is kind of a joke in this case. The best team by far in PAHL was Thomas. The records and stats were already posted.
Fir these boys to miss out on playing Nationals since it was cancelled is a shame.
Sour grapes sounds to me. Someone won the Pahl championship & got the banner. someone also won the extended Pahl playoffs and got a invite to nationals. Pretty simple.

MidAms was 4 games. The #1 team was 4-0 and the #2 team was 2-2. Plus Look at the overall records and rankings. #1 team was much better and probably better than the “AAA” team.
I feel bad for the boys that the Nationals were just cancelled. Getting out of hand with all these cancellations.
Again, glorified Pahl playoffs.

It was the same thing as Pahl playoffs just with the icemen added in.

My post is factual! That team never had a full roster!! They have two kids from Lawrence county who float in and out, they added my friends kids for half price who moved to Pitt for excel / nc in September. They posted on this website they were looking for kids to “round out” their teams. One of their d left for the monarchs in September. Per usual, we get to the bottom of things, you are involved with the program trying to do pr. As @The King says, follow the money and you will figure things out!

Look I know two kids on the 16u iceman, one is from excel. They have 13 skaters and constantly were bringing different kids in to play tournaments.

But your argument is not really a solid one...If you commit to a team, you in turn took a spot away from another kid. If you then quit that commitment, you start the chain reaction that causes the pro-rated fees if you join during the season. I know of no teams who pro-rate prior to hitting the ice (if you do, I guess you have done it before). I don't see what they did as a black eye, I see it as a positive...again, back to teaching our kids what commitment means and that their are consequences.
What you are missing - programs like the icemen never have a full team to begin with. Just this season the 04 & 03 teams had plenty of spots open, I believe they even posted on this message board looking for “players to round out our teams”.

Most teams pro rate the season when they add kids, why should it be different if a kid leaves ? It’s just another black eye on those icemen guys and why their program will be dead soon. The kid I know they sued went to ppe before the team even started practice

They sued 3-4 players last year who quit for full season fees. I know one of them. He never played a game with them, yet these clowns tried to sue his family for full season fees and lost.

So you have no argument, no facts. I’m very good friends the parent. He worked with my oldest when he was younger. He’s a great skills coach, this the reason his son made it to ohl, his dad is better than what excel had to offer. The entire story is true everyone In the ppe program knows it yet here you are denying it. Guess you didn’t get a chance to talk to DM yet to put a longer reply together. you ignored every question, fact & argument I made above mom. It’s not peewee anymore, your kid fell behind everyone but you are still drinking dm’s kool aid thinking you can still get your kid somewhere. He won’t, he’s dropped off every year the past 2 seasons. He would be in major junior this season if he really had it, like the others.

Someone just sent me the live barn video of that kid starting a fight. I don’t even understand why, it was the predators last game, the game was over. Kid just tosses his gloves off and tries to pull the jersey over the Sylvannia players head and starts swinging. I understand the heat of battle, fights do happen sometimes. This kid is on strike 10 it sounds like. Nobody wants him on a team. No wonder why it’s rumored the top players on this predators team are trying to goto esmark. I can tell you from experience esmark will not put up with 2 minute shifts, making trouble, smoking pot, Thinking you are a super star or that stupid stretch pass it looks like the predators were trying to play. If I’m understanding correctly predators currently are the cheapest of the “tier 1” teams. These parents that have been at the predators will be in for a big surprise when the season with travel comes in around 12k+ I’m going to go out on a limb and say esmark won’t take any of them anyway and they will all be back at ice castle. Dave does a good job weeding out egos and problem parents / players for that program, they also like to keep their own, better the devil you known.

he hasn’t helped build anything, all he did was use his influence, money and power to surround his son with the best players at his BY along with a coach who’s won and was beating his ass at his own game.
lets talk about the 03 dad who’s kid currently plays in the ohl. Last year when the dad questioned dm on excel being a conflict of interest the dad was banned from the rink. They tried to ban him from away games with a threat to him against his youngest in the program. DM tried to make a example of him to the other parents such as you, get in line and don’t Question anything. I personally know this parent along with all the details to the story. So please defend DM here. This man really did give back unlike DM. This man would ise the instructor icetime at Baierl and some of the excel 03 kids would come work for free with him. That was DM biggest problem with the man, kids were skipping excel Once a week to get BETTER instruction for free in a smaller group.
keep riding DM, it’s getting your kid nowhere. My 99 was draft in the ushl futures draft, jealous mom ? Though he never made it to the ushl, I know how much it hurts you just to read that.
tell me what kid going to public school can make a practice that starts at 1:50 ? NONE.
