DIVISIONS: The classification of a player shall be determined by their age on December 31, 2020

•  12U- (CO-ED) age 12 & Under

•  14U- Males age 14 & Under

•  16U- Males age16 & Under

•  18U- Males age18 & Under

•  19U- Females  age 19 & Under

 

ELIGIBILITY:

• An athlete must meet ONE of the following criteria for Keystone Divisions:
  - A full-time Pennsylvania resident within the region for 30 days prior to first day of tryouts.
  - A full-time Pennsylvania student at a recognized academic institution in the region for 30 days prior to first day of tryouts

  REGIONAL TRYOUTS: Athletes registering for tryouts online MUST bring their registration receipt to the tryout as proof of registration - without the receipt you maybe charged an additional fee at the site.

  Tryouts Will be updated regularly as coaches set tryout dates and times - make sure to check for any updates to tryout times and locations prior to the tryout date: Individuals that are selected to compete at the Finals Competition are to complete the Finals Application by July 23, 2021.

      The Keystone State Games have been in operation since 1982 and for 40 years each summer this Olympic Style Event has host many of Pennsylvania’s finest hockey players from NHL Superstars like Mike Richter (South) to NHL Players Matt Bartkowski (West) RJ Umberger (West) Jay Caufield (South) Nick and Markus Foligno (East) John Zeiler (West) to Olympians Ryan Zapolski (Central) and Bobby Sanguinetti (East)  to Pennsylvania High School Champions Nick Russo (6 Times Bayard Rustin), Jim McVay (5 Times Bethel Park) and Tom Coyne (2 Times  Central Bucks South) to an array of NCAA and ACHA Hockey Players.

 

If you live in Pennsylvania and would like to participate in this event, we have a great opportunity for you if you are a Junior Female (2000- 2007), Midget 18 U (2002, 2003) Midget 16 U (2004, 2005), Bantam 14 U (2006,2007) and Pee Wee (2008, 2009) Player. The Keystone State Games are July 30 + August 1, 2021 at the Revolution Ice Arena in Wilkes Barre / Scranton.
