  1. Look, i can’t cure hypersensitivity in people. I generalize that MY belief is that anyone that would do this is an idiot. If that hits home, I can’t help you.
  2. Well first I can have any opinion I’d like. Second, spend money anywhere you want. I’ll reserve the right to criticize the decision to continue to pay for what, in my experiences opinion, is the worst value in WPA hockey. Put off real life to play at a higher level? Do you know how many of these players fail at even the ACHA level because they have not been prepared by that organization for what comes next? The least they can do is start a men’s league program for all of their players that will continue to want “one more year” in that organization. The least I can do is come on here and offer the experienced opinion as opposed to the biased opinion.
  3. There you go! Great useful information for the message board and it’s much more palatable content than your obsessive rambling about Mt Lebo parents. Good job!
  4. I get notifications whenever someone quotes me or uses my handle. So when they do I respond. Tweet, post, it’s all the same useless garbage from you. I’ll keep answering as long as you keep asking for my reply and hanging in my every word. But don’t worry, I’ll give my input when I feel someone is being led astray by idiots like you. Just keep posting about me and calling for my response. That keeps people interested in my opinion.
  5. Sensing sarcasm isn’t your strong suit. But dude seriously, you’re obsessed with me. How many of your recent tweets have been directed right at me? That’s love brother but again, not interested.
  6. Just curious if the mods feel this contributes to the message board productively? I’m very upset about this. Please help.
  7. Well he misquoted the poster and called their advisor an idiot. Wouldn’t that be considered “inciting” and not “adding to the discussion”? Seems selective. So we have to agree with everyone? If I disagree, is there a certain protocol for that? Just trying to get all the rules to the game here.
  8. As I’ve tried to Clear up on here, none of these people are who you want to go to for advice. Call the contacts at each organization, ask questions and make the best decision based on your family. In no way should you take the advice of anyone trying to steer you towards or away from any level or organization.
  9. I was just curious what the local folks there think when they make decisions. You got your panties bunches up. If you’re going to be confrontational I have no problem outing idiots. Toughen up if you’re going to debate.
  10. One minute they’re adults making decisions, now they’re kids making friends. Give me a break. I remember making friends when it didn’t cost a dime. Those are the things people say when they realize they spent the equivalent of a luxury sedan and their kid didn’t improve one bit. They just paid the bills for 3-4 players that Esmark was lucky to have.
  11. No it’s not sad to “band mouth”. Whatever that is. If you had the slightest idea you’d know I was referencing players who have already graduated. All I did was ask why those guys aren’t in school if they aren’t moving on to juniors? How much money do you think you’ve given that organization? I was just curious what the mindset is behind it. What’s the end game? So they enjoy “one more year” then what? When is it over? What do they insist on enjoying “one more year” next? How about “one more year” off of school?
  12. Not saying they aren’t good kids. The pens lost a lot of talent last year and did not replace it with equal talent. I guess my question is, if you’re making the decision to go back to Esmark for a second year of 18’s, what’s the next step? If it’s juniors you’re already a year behind and a year older. If it’s college, what was the point? Those guys make a lot of money off of these families. Have a majority of the players gotten fair value?
  13. It speaks to the lack of development that they still have that many 2000’s playing. They should win. Ever ask why the Pens don’t have that many? I wonder if they will start a junior or college program to continue to make money off of that group? They’re good players but how good is the question. And is that organization doing right by them? Just a thought.
  14. Now this I like. That is a remarkable accomplishment and speaks to the work and dedication of all the players, coaches and volunteers who take pride in their work. I know the moderators FORBID mentioning names but why would it be wrong to promote local players that stand out on a given week? That’s productive use of a forum like this.
  15. Remarkable insight. The teams that won were the best. Thanks for all your in-depth analysis Pierre.
  16. Excuses. I’m actually curious if anyone at the game can tell me how it was won or lost tactically. Any takers?
  17. I love this. Not one actual hockey based evaluation of the game. Just generalized boasting and excuses. Typical.
  18. Does anyone else find it disturbing that a small minority’s of people comento this message board looking for advice on what decisions to make with their kids amateur sports path? Don’t you think there might be a reason no one is offering it to you in real life? Read the original post. Do you really think this person isn’t trolling all of you idiots?
  19. I’m not looking for your approval. All anyone has to do is follow my advice and they’ll see it works. Follow yours and see what a waste of time and money it is. Just curious but why is it you think calling me son or kid is something that would bother me? I’ve explained that I call you dummy because that’s what you are. I’m clearly not your son or even younger than you. It’s clear by your responses you have a limited view of what’s best for local players. I’m simply trying to highlight the people that pass along bad advice.
  20. Triggered? Read your post dummy. I’m just trying to help the people you’re giving crap advice to understand who they’re dealing with. And don’t worry, names don’t hurt me. I’m not the sensitive type like you sweetie.
  21. You put your thin skin in the game when you post on a message board you dope. Especially when you specify 2 organizations out of many possible.
  22. Interesting question. I’d say I’m all 3. Problem is, for change to occur in any medium, it takes guts. Too many people have money and influence on the line to make any waves in the current culture. Litigation rules the land. Very few people have the stones to take a stand. Plus, it’s an actual basis of legal decisions not to hurt someone’s feelings or offend them. That’s why you could have no tolerance policies in the ‘90’s. If someone shot there mouth off out of turn, they got put in their place. You’re correct that the skill level is much higher. But emotionally the population is decades behind.
