uLooks like 5th. Lost in quarterfinals at playoffs 2-4

About 50 skaters and 11 goalies for 09 Renegades/Vengeance AA tonight

Heard like 10 skaters and a few goalies. Criminal they didn’t cancel tryouts and took their tryout fee

Wonder if they got some AAA players or if it is mostly AA as what was showing up to the open skates

esmark 2008-09 skate tonight-2 goalies and 20 or so skaters for 2 teams? Are their tryouts this weekend

Maybe it is more of if they have a team it will be more like a high level AA team/low AAA filled with mostly AA players

apparently they are having u16 players come to the u14 (will be u15 kids) skates so then it looks like more kids are showing up. mostly aa players at the esmark skates so far

Interesting and no info on website if it will be PAHL, Independent, AHF, etc. No mention of what tournaments or leagues. Really confusing and heard from a dad on 09s the team wasn’t even informed of the changes and were blindsided.

But esmark tryouts are before allegheny

And doesn’t Esmark do 2-3 tournaments that require air travel? minnesota/texas?

Is there a good AA group of kids in Johnstown now for 14u?

sad because the viper stars 09s won the 14uaa minor and then had to fold and the huskies doesn’t even have a 14u team. Looks like just 16u, 13u, and 12u

I thought there was a formula for where each kid played previously (AA. a Major, A minor with points for each) and then added together and an average number?

well the ones from Esmark weren’t cut, their team folded. I think one from Shaha at rebellion left and didn’t even try out

did north pittsburgh or rebellion get any aaa players? Or does it seem to be Icemen and Allegheny looking the strongest

So are all 09 AAA and AA teams done with tryouts? Is it true icemen is having two AA teams?

also heard Friday that they deposited the commitment fee checks from parents for the 09s even though team folded.

they folded a 2004 team years ago too apparently the coach of esmark already is planning to coach a team somewhere else

Tonight there are preds goalie ttryouts, Esmark supplemental, and vengeance tryouts all at once

What’s up with the 14u esmark team only naming 12 players to the team?

Mad Men Hockey has done a nice job this fall doing the AAA showcase weekends in Ohio. Maybe they could bring that there?

It looks like every aaa team Shaha has is ranked significantly higher than esmark
