I was hoping you would say that. Refs have enough to handle without that problem. Hopefully everyone that wants to play will monitor their own players. Then again there is the medical exemption as well. I'm thinking it will be strictly on the honor system.

So what makes a Ref have to enforce the mask? Is he going to give a penalty for no mask? Stop play and send the kid to the bench to get his mask? What happens if a mask falls off while they are playing? Will they stop play right away? Might be a good way to get a break in the action!!!

Hey, I'm just happy the kids are still playing. Masks are an inconvenience but if that's what it takes to make the government happy then so be it. All I have to say is if masks were so effective then the spread should be less than March and April when no one was wearing masks. I just think this latest wave doesn't make sense on soo many levels. JUST MY TOTALLY UNQUALIFIED OPINION.

There are organizations who aren't in the PAHL that have ADM teams. I actually was at 2 different ADM jams. The first was like you described the second was not. Pretty sure they are not in PAHL. Play an independant schedule. Believe me the stands were packed. My fault for staying. So far no Corona for me. It has been 10 days since that Jamboree.

Believe me I understand. I think the Refs are the bravest of all as we couldn't play without you guys. Now you will be hampered even further. I wonder if this means the Steelers and opponents will have to wear masks?

Where I was sure didn't follow those rules! What did make me nervous most was the people in the stands that didn't have masks. That's when I decided to try to watch games on Live Barn. I'm sure most young players will wear a mask as opposed to not playing. I'm sure there are a lot of people like me that are wearing the masks with minimal protection. What I mean is I touch mine way to much and it always falls down also fogs my glasses. I don't feel like I am protecting myself or anyone else. I definitely have Covid Fatigue.

This is "horrible" for all of us! I don't totally understand the dramatic increase in cases! I personally think it had a lot to do with the election. People celebrating and protesting the election. I'm ready for the vaccine. I will be at the front of the line "hopefully" to get it done. So far the health system in Western Pa is not getting overwhelmed and the kids I know who have or had it only had mild symptoms. Less severe than the flu. They feel relived that they had it and are over it. I have watched a lot of games on Live Barn this fall and will continue. Unfortunately crowds are making me nervous and some of those ADM games are packed. 6 teams playing cross ice have a lot of people in the stands.

Hey TourneyGuy is that site you sent for the ATC League standings and info available anywhere yet? How is the league going at this point? I don't understand why organizations don't do a better job promoting themselves. Seems to me that you could attract more if you showed off your product more. This seems to be a problem with a lot of organizations. Not just Hockey! Anyway I still hope you guys succeed with this and give PIHL a run for the money.

Please keep us informed as to how many teams actually show up. We have been scheduled to play NY teams the last 3 weekends and each time they cancel by mid week. Harder and harder to find games!

Seems that teams from out of state are not traveling to PA anymore! Anybody else have teams from NY and Ohio canceling games? How long before we get shut down again? Any predictions out there?

Wow, whats the benefit to them? Do they have kids that get a benefit somehow? I can't find any info on the Tier II tournament site for this year on there website. I see Tier 1 in Columbus Ohio. They sure could do a lot more with their website to promote Hockey that's for sure. Like have a link to the MidAm Rankings. I checked Atlantic Amateur Hockey site and easily found the site for their Tier II Tourney this year. They seem a lot more with it.

Wow, I had no idea there were problems with MidAm. They sure do have a lack of info on their website. How does one go about getting on their board?

So it can be an unlimited amount of teams? Can a team pay the down payment then back out for whatever reason? Are there any results anywhere for last years tournaments that can be viewed? Thanks for the info.

Can anyone tell me how teams are selected for the end of year Tier II Tournament. Is there some type of qualifying requirement? I can't seem to find anything on their website or USA Hockeys website. Is there some type of MY Hockey Rankings metric? Thanks in advance. I think I know that in Tier 1 it is the top 6 teams in the Mid-AM?

Wow, all is quiet on the Western Pa Hockey front. Are we all just holding our breath and waiting for the closures to start again or are we all just keeping our heads down, masks on and hoping the season keeps going. Have heard all kinds of rumors about NY teams not being able to travel. Does anyone know if that is true. Has anyone heard of anything getting cancelled this weekend? The PAHL seems to be moving forward with their schedule. Are AA & AAA teams still traveling?

Great start. Is that Middle School or Grade School? 14U or 12U? A great start to some competition for the PIHL. I can see this growing into something very positive in the future. Does anyone know what it costs to play in the PIHL per team.

I hope it goes well. I think it is a great concept. There are a lot of schools that can't field a team because of the 25% rule. This could be a good opportunity for more kids to play. Actually I would like all the teams in Western Pa to do well. More importantly the kids have fun.

Anybody that thinks there will be no covid cases in the PAHL is delusional. Hopefully it can be kept at a minimum and we can get a season in. Everyone should understand the risks by now.

Sure looks like schedules to me. Don't know exactly where you are looking. What age group are you looking at. Might want to check again!

Agree 100%. You would think that if it were just Vengeance or just SCIR then only their stuff would be blocked. But it seems like they just block everything!
