You could play those same games here at alpha or ice castle, they are just not sanctioned games. The games won’t count towards district playoffs or tier 2 national bound teams.

Tier 3 juniors is pay to play. The EHL is a decent league, everything else not so much. The level of play is pretty weak. 16/18U AAA is higher quality hockey. The 19 & 20 year olds playing on the vengeance are probably on the same level as the kids playing 18U AAA at a place like the predators, but the kids at the vengeance are older. Take a look at last years vengeance roster on elite prospects, that will paint the picture for you.

This does nothing for hockey or indoor sports.

Predators are not a real “AAA” program. Big AA game ? Sure.

No, This does not mean a 2/3rd vote. All this did was allow it to be voted on. It was a committee that voted yes 28-5 to send it to the house to be voted on. I know it’s confusing, typical politics. In short - now it’s “official”, the house can vote on it.

It’s a good start, but now it has to pass. The short version - this vote made it so they can vote on it. Stay on your reps, no date was given for it to reach the floor! There is a western pa man that said “NO” this round, I’m sure he will vote no again when the real vote comes up.

I know 4 people in pa to date that tested positive. All four are around my age (mid 50s), two never knew they had it, never sick just a slight fever. The other two are heavy smokers - one guy missed a day of work with what he thought was a stomach virus, the other guy had what he described as the flu for 3 days. i am not saying covid is a hoax, it’s real. I wear my mask, I social distance. What I am saying - the people covid is killing are the same people the season flu would kill. If this was not an election year, this madness would not be going on, it would similar to the swine flu in 2009. We did not shut everything down for that. back on topic - was there a vote today ?

My 99 was skating with college kids, junior kids. PPE & ESMARK kids at alpha when things were suppose to be shut down. They even held a few scrimmages on their own during these ice slots.

whatever makes you feel better, I still think you are just trolling but I’ll play along - my oldest was at PPE during the years that count. Never a black team, not squirts or peewee.

That doesn’t sound normal per the way we have all been taught politics work. If this is the case & some committee is now looking into it, I suspect it’s geared more towards school sports.

I know the Michigan big names bought up all the ice 4 hours north of Detroit, in one of the lone counties completely open. Assuming they are using that ice for hphl games.

They probably won’t, Esmark is in Cleveland next weekend at the midget levels to play the barons, there is also a tournament going on hosted by team Ohio that has the icemen along with the predators. Sounds like Pittsburgh teams going to Cleveland just to play each other. Curious - would anyone share the icemen or predators midget schedule ? I genuinely would like to know who and where they are going to get any decent games. Those two teams rely heavy chicago, Michigan & buffalo tournaments. Erie Cathedral varsity is also in this the Cleveland tournament along with some teams that play on the Ohio version of Pahl, sounds like junk.

It’s the reverse people, his kid is probably on the vengeance. He’s trying to draw attention to his squirt team, could be a little salty how things are run. Every “AAA” midget team the vengeance have tried to sell has been a complete joke, they had an 18u team two years that finished only a handful of spots above dead last is the rankings. Losing games 13-1 etc. For multiple reasons - I hate them, you hate them, even current parents hate them but PPE is the only real tier 1 program in western pa. Esmark can enter the conversation at midget, after that, the rest are glorified aa / a major teams.
