  1. thats too much work for the paid " Executive Administrator " to handle - What do we pay for again?
  2. Doesn’t the PAHL have a full time, paid Executive Administrator?? It literally would take 3-4 business days audit the scoresheets for all temas/levels and make the corrections. What are we paying for again?
  3. PIHL doesn’t care if you have a goalie on the roster. To them it doesn’t matter, if you have 12 students/players from 1 school - you are to go pure, unless you can prove a "hardship" - which is a joke. This was brought up many times, the answer always is "just put a player in net, you have enough players" – unless you know someone, and this gets approved as your “hardship”. A team that is making a move from D2 to Pure will have a hard enough time surviving, let alone without an established goalie. Even with an established goalie, a team that’s making the move to pure will struggle mightily, unless they have strong numbers. 12 players won’t work at the Varsity level- it borderline dangerous, as a team will be forced to play someone who probably has no busniess on Varsity ice. The whole Co-Op rules and regulations need reviewed and re-done from top to bottom, there are so many disparities throughout the whole thing - different rules for different people - everyone gets a different answer - zero consistency.
  4. 18 U across all divisons had 24 total teams last year. It really sounds like that number is going to be cut in 1/2, if not more this year. Where did everyone go? Is the 2005 BY just that weak on numbers ? Are the incoming 2006 BY numbers not enough to take the place of the 2004 BY thats graduating?
  5. Goalies do not matter if you have enough kids rostered you go pure - they dont care if you have a goalie or not - put a player in net - that has been the response in the past
  6. I mean you'll be suspended ( when this is all said and done) - so what else is there for you to do other than type passive agressive messages and watch someone elses kid play hockey
  7. No - you are wrong - they get an awards - the award for the dumbest reason to sue ever goes to...... the award for blame everyone but ourselves goes to... its a mirror trophy so you can look at yourself in it - ect... LMN
  8. Ohh then you'll run and sue casue you dont like the answer - how did that work for you?? - everyone else has to follow the rules but Mighy Mountour - because they'll sue if the dont get what they want , maybe thats worse than your so called"snitching" - but if you would have only gotten away with it huh.
  9. becareful - they wont like that - so they'll sue you too - how dare you have an opinion
  10. You left out "Embarrassed" - which you and the rest of your parents/board should be. . But you arent , because you can sue everyone who doesnt agree
  11. Morgantown's Goalie can steal a game - they could be a sleeper for sure
  12. And whom from PIHL is paying for all of this ( court fees, attorney retainer, ect) - the rest of the PIHL Member organizations, thats who - unless a judgement contains the cost of those fees, which it very well might , but that is so far away - that money being spent now via PIHL will be passed on this upcoming year to everyone else. If this goes on and on - it's doubful it will even be settled before the start of next year's season with court dates and appeals, ect. So thanks to the Adults there at Mountour for helping raise everyones rates, just that much more for the 2023-2024 PIHL Season -
  13. look at that - illegal tryouts. COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey announced today it has modified the parameters for tryout dates associated with the 2023-24 season. Tryouts for all Tier I & II 14U-18U youth and 14U-19U girls teams can now take place any time after 3:45 p.m. ET on Tuesday April 4, 2023. That time frame is 24 hours following the start time of the final game of the 2023 Chipotle-USA Hockey National Championships. The previous regulation was 48 hours following the start time of the final game. No youth or girls Tier I or Tier II team may recruit or solicit players or offer hockey contracts to players for the 2023-24 season, or hold development camps, tryouts, player selections or any activity that could be construed as a tryout/solicitation or recruitment for the 2023-24 season, prior to 3:45 p.m. ET on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Please note that any violation may subject the coach, team, program and/or responsible administrators to appropriate discipline, or ineligibility of the team or coach, as determined by the USA Hockey Affiliate. Blackbear starting it off right!!!!!!
  14. Mon valley and rostraver is a done deal. Already appointed a director of hockey ops and organization has been signed over, just not officially announced. there was not much of a choice for Mon valley , as the deal was sign with blackbear exclusively or find another rink. What choice was did they actually have? In this case it probably will be better for a dying organization.
