Makes no sense. South Dakota and Nebraska are on the list. Their percentage is way lower than NY, NJ, and PA. Technically our 3 Democratic Governor states really should be on the Quarantine list. But it seems as if when you have a Republican Governor, you are on the list.

Baseball is the same. Kids don't want to play on rec teams so they play just tournament ball and in other competitive leagues that are just for travel teams and pay lots more than the other families but the tournament teams require the kids to be committed and attend all games and tournaments and rec teams will allow kids to miss. Some pahl teams have a lack of commitment but it is really the coaches who have to require the commitment

Tryout Registration Process On or about January 31st the vice president for each state in the MidAm District will e-mail a spreadsheet to local program heads; the local program head provides the requested information for the top players in his/her program at the 14 – 17 ages (birth years 2005 – 2002) and e-mails the completed spreadsheet back to the state VP. Nominations (spreadsheets) will be accepted until mid April for all ages; the regular registration period ends one week prior to the tryout dates for each age group.
